About This Program
A 21-day holistic wellness programme designed for brides and grooms-to-be to restore balance, support natural skin radiance, and manage stress before their wedding.
Programme Overview
The Pre-Wedding Reset Program is a 21-day holistic wellness programme designed for brides and grooms-to-be who want to feel balanced, fresh, confident, and emotionally calm before their wedding. Wedding preparation can be joyful, but it can also bring stress, irregular eating, late nights, skin dullness, fatigue, bloating, and emotional overload. This programme creates a structured space to restore routine, support skin radiance, improve lifestyle discipline, and prepare the body and mind for the wedding period.
The programme combines Ayurvedic beauty rituals, skin-supportive therapies, nutrition, yoga, breathwork, stress management, and restful daily routine. It may include Ayurvedic facial, Ubtan using natural ingredients such as flowers, nuts, sandalwood, and turmeric, Navara Theppu, oil-based therapies, satvik nutrition, sleep support, and guided relaxation. The focus is not cosmetic quick-fixing. Instead, the programme supports inner balance, digestion, rest, hydration, skin nourishment, and emotional stability. It is suitable for both brides and grooms who want a wellness-based preparation rather than relying only on external beauty treatments.

I recently visited kanasu for a massage and it was exactly the reset I needed. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was incredibly soothing—everything was clean, quiet, and felt very professional. They took the time to check my vitals, explained the mode of treatment and made sure I was comfortable before we started . The treatment was fantastic and I walked out feeling much lighter and completely fresh. It’s definitely a gem for anyone looking to de-stress.

Kanasu Wellness was wonderful! 🤩 The wooden cottage rooms were very attractive but since we are from very close by place we could get a chance to stay here but the Wellness service was excellent, there is an ayurvedic doctor and therapists who are very friendly and also the location was greenary perfect. I felt completely refreshed and cared for. Highly recommend! ✨🌿

I recently visited this Ayurvedic resort for Panchakarma treatment, and honestly, it was a really good experience. I had massages, steam therapy, and a few other treatments, and everything felt very relaxing and well taken care of. The place itself is clean and peaceful, which makes a big difference. The staff were kind and attentive throughout, and both the doctor and manager were very friendly and easy to talk to. Overall, I felt comfortable the entire time and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a genuine Ayurvedic experience.
