Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancellations and refunds work

Travel Yogis is a lead generation platform. We connect Guests with independent wellness centers and coaches ("Providers"), but we do not process payments, hold funds, or confirm bookings ourselves. Once a Provider responds to your enquiry, any deposit or payment you make is paid directly to that Provider, and the Provider's own cancellation and refund terms apply to that payment. This page explains how that works and what to check before you pay a Provider.

1. Who Your Refund Comes From

Because Travel Yogis never receives your payment, we cannot issue you a refund directly. Refunds are the responsibility of the Provider you booked with, under the terms they agreed with you when confirming your booking. Always get the Provider's cancellation terms in writing (email or message) before you pay.

2. Suggested Cancellation Tiers

We encourage Providers listed on Travel Yogis to offer cancellation terms along these lines, though the exact terms are set by each Provider and should be confirmed directly with them before you pay:

Cancellation windowTypical refund
30+ days before start dateFull refund, minus any non-refundable deposit the Provider states
15 to 29 days before start datePartial refund, typically 50 percent
7 to 14 days before start datePartial refund, typically 25 percent
Less than 7 days before start dateOften non-refundable

3. How to Cancel

Contact the Provider directly using the phone number or email they gave you when confirming your booking. If you enquired through Travel Yogis and have not yet heard back from the Provider, you can also reach us at support@travelyogis.com and we will try to help you reach them.

4. Rescheduling

Some Providers offer a date change instead of a cancellation, subject to availability. This is entirely at the Provider's discretion; ask them directly when you book.

5. Provider Cancellations

If a Provider cancels a retreat, program, or session you have paid for (including for reasons such as low enrolment, safety, or events beyond their control), you should receive a full refund or a credit toward a future booking from that Provider, as agreed between you. If a Provider is unresponsive after cancelling on you, let us know at support@travelyogis.com and we will follow up with them and may suspend their listing.

6. Disputes

If you and a Provider cannot agree on a refund, contact support@travelyogis.com with your enquiry details and correspondence with the Provider. We will attempt to mediate, though as Travel Yogis is not a party to the payment between you and the Provider, our ability to resolve payment disputes is limited. See the Grievance Redressal process in our Terms of Service for how complaints are handled.
