Terms of Service

Travel Yogis is a lead generation platform that connects consumers ("Guests") with independent wellness centers and certified coaches ("Providers") offering yoga, Ayurveda, meditation, and wellness retreats across India. Travel Yogis does not itself operate retreats, provide coaching services, process payments, or confirm bookings. When you submit an enquiry, we pass your details to the relevant Provider, who contacts you directly to discuss availability, pricing, and payment.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and submit enquiries.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Provider accounts (coach/center) require admin approval before listing content or being visible to Guests. We may reject or revoke approval at our discretion, including for incomplete verification, policy violations, or safety concerns.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering and submitting an enquiry.

• Submitting an enquiry through the Platform is a request for information and does not create a confirmed booking. Availability, final pricing, and confirmation are subject to direct agreement with the Provider.
• Prices shown on the Platform are indicative, displayed in INR unless stated otherwise, and set by the Provider. They may change before the Provider confirms your booking directly with you.
• Travel Yogis does not process payments and does not collect or store your card or bank details. Any payment for a retreat, program, or session is made directly to the Provider, by arrangement between you and them.
• Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for a confirmed booking are set by the Provider. Our general Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how this works and what to check before you pay a Provider.

Wellness centers and coaches listing on the Platform represent that they hold all licenses, certifications, and insurance required to legally operate, and that all information, pricing, and availability listed is accurate. Providers are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and delivery of the retreats and sessions they offer, and for confirming bookings and collecting payment directly from Guests.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Submit enquiries using false contact details or on behalf of someone else without their consent.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce Platform content without permission.
• Upload false, defamatory, or misleading reviews or listing content.
• Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Platform.

Content you submit (reviews, profile information, messages) must be accurate and lawful. You grant Travel Yogis a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use such content on the Platform. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

Travel Yogis acts only as an intermediary that connects Guests and Providers and passes on enquiries. We do not operate, supervise, or take payment for any retreat, program, or session, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Travel Yogis is not liable for the acts, omissions, negligence, injury, or property damage arising from a retreat, session, or venue operated by a Provider, or for any dispute between a Guest and a Provider over pricing, availability, or refunds. Your participation in any retreat or wellness activity is at your own risk. Please consult a medical professional before undertaking physically demanding activities. Travel Yogis' total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform itself (as distinct from your dealings with a Provider) shall not exceed INR 5,000.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and failing that, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [City], India, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 where applicable.

Complaints regarding transactions on the Platform may be raised with our Grievance Officer: [Grievance Officer Name], email legal@travelyogis.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days, as required under Indian consumer protection regulations.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
