I am extremely late to write this review but I mean every word when I say this: People of Bengaluru area lucky to have a place like Kshemavana in our city for everyone who wants to fix their physical and mental health via safest way possible. When my husband and I wanted a quiet getaway and reset from our hectic corporate schedule, we got to know about Kshemavana from Google. After visiting we received one week of complete physical and mental detox and weightloss was just an added benefit for us. Our diet, eating patterns, ability to concentrate and energy completely changed. We used to eat out almost every 3 days and after coming back, we didn't crave for outside food at all. For the first time in my life I saw a drastic reduction in PCOS symptoms so much that hirsutism completely vanished. My husband's skin started clearing. We were guided by experienced Dr. Bhuvaneshwari and team. It's a great place for couples trying to prepare their body into their fittest forms👌🏻I even noticed a lot of seniors coming here for knee related ailments, weight loss and post surgery recovery. So instead of spending money on vacations where it's always thought alcohol is the only way to unwind, I want people to take Kshemavana approach once and change their lifestyle 😊🩷 P.S. I made a lot of new friends here too!
